“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” Matthew 6:25
How many times do we doubt who we are in Christ and try to do things our way. I constantly try to fix all my problems myself and constantly fail. We worry and worry about what life will bring but yet God has promised us victory over our struggles. It’s like renting and having a good landlord to complete all of our needs. If we let God be our Lord, He’s faithful to meet our needs and take care of us. All we have to do is live in the spirit and trust Him. When we force our own way in, we now have to fix our problems. Jesus tells us in V. 25 to not worry but to live in Him and be satisfied in Him. Pray that you’ll be encouraged to trust God in all you do and put Him First.
